More cooking.

I made Macaroni Gratin (which is apparently the French for ‘macaroni and cheese’ from the Balthazar cookbook tonight.  It came off ok, but the bechamel didn’t form right or cook long enough.  It had a very slight flour-y taste at the end.  Anyway, many photos here on flickr.
